Sold stats provide a baseline for those interested in buying or selling in this super nice mature neighborhood. The community is located in the South East section of Virginia Beach off North Landing Road just past the Municipal Center and Harris Teeter shopping center. The neighborhood is boardered by Victoria Park and West Neck. Other attractive amenities include the new Kellam High School located on the corner of N. Landing and West Neck Roads, and the walk-to elementary school of North Landing (access through the neighborhood to the school).
The Signature golf course is located nearby in West Neck.
Courthouse Estates 2013 sold stats show a stabilizing of the neighborhood with regard to distressed properties versus normal resales. This is a good sign for a popular development with both military and long term residents.
